Our Parade!

Our 24th celebration was alot of fun!! Our ward float was "Pioneering with a Porpoise" - we thought we were geniuses - turns out every other ward were geniuses too!! I think our Bishop was the best though! Jordan got to ride on the Allstar float with his buddies - it made his day! Brian's 20 year reunion was this year, and he didn't want to ride on the float, so he decided to soak them all instead! He bought 2 water guns and brought 2 igloos full of water, and when they rode by he soaked them! Whoo - they were mad!! But it was all in good fun! We went to the reunion that night and had such a blast - but Brian wouldn't let me take my camera, I was DEVASTATED!! I think he would have loved to have the camera there!!

 

 

 

 

Our Trip to Gisela!

We took the kids to Gisela a few weeks ago - Brian used to go there as a kid all the time to cliff jump and swim! He wanted the kids to re live his fun days! So we hiked in and swam and jumped! All the kids jumped but I couldn't get my camera in far enough so I wasn't able to capture the jump! It sure was fun and beautiful down there!

 

 

 

 

Jordan's Allstars!

Jordan brought it to my attention that he only has 1 post of just him. So - here he goes! I am putting a post especially for HIM!! He is such an athlete - so awesome at every sport! He made the 2010 allstar team and plays 2nd base and center field! The last game he hit an over the fence home run and the official game him the ball! He has hit 2 balls that bounced over the fence for a double - They started in St. John's and won all their games and now they are heading to districts in Payson - Go Snowflake!!!

Tawnee has been wanting zebra print for bedding for quite a while - I kept putting her off, and thought we'd surprise her for her birthday with a bedroom makeover! We finished it the night of her birthday! Still got to accessorize - but it's pretty cute for a teenager!!!

This year Tawnee wanted to make a zebra cake! I think she did a great job!!

 

 

 

 

Torri and Macey surprised Tawnee on her birthday - by trashing her room, and then hiding in her closet! She was totally surprised and loved it! Thanks girls for making her day! She was pretty bummed having to go to her brothers baseball game!

Tawnee and Colter

Last night we had a family dinner party for Tawnee and Colter - their birthdays are 3 days apart - and the Willis' go to Lake Powell every year on Colter's birthday! We celebrated early and got a kick out of both of them beings so silly! Happy 14th Tawnee and Happy 2nd Colter!

We've been going on the field of the Taylor Intermediate and having a great time with family watching the fireworks! This year was just as fun!!

 

 

 

 

Our fun for the 4th!

We made lots of fun things for the 4th of July! My kids are getting to the age where parades aren't as fun as they used to be for them - so we try to do something fun at home! Well this year it was food!!! We made pretzel sticks covered in chocolate and sprinkles - Cupcakes - and stained glass jello! We were going to cut the jello out with a star cutter - but we couldn't find one - o well next year!!
