This past Saturday Brian and a bunch of friends did the Tri in the Pines - they all did awesome! Brian has been training for so long and really loves it! He was in the 4th heat - they start off in the pool and swim 625 meters then head to the bike ride 12 miles and end with 3 miles running - he did this all in 1 hr 30 minutes and 04 seconds! He got 3rd place in the Clydesdale division - Great job honey!

That's great. Russ has been really into running lately. It is fun to watch him do what he loves.
Oh you are good Brian! I hope to have your ambition someday! Until then, I will just cheer you on!
